Percepta's Lincoln Way program seeks an experienced Engagement Manager to oversee the new transportation initiative in Melbourne, FL. You will lead the Lincoln Way Concierge team, delivering premium service and guiding clients through our evolving product experience.
You will develop and manage the client account strategy, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure program performance and regulatory compliance while collaborating with global teams.
