Clean ground and remove litter. Remove all trash from parking lot as needed. Spread salt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup. Water lawn and shrubs; trim plants as needed. Clean out drainage, ditches, and culverts. Maintain cleanliness of outside smoking area Maintain parking lots and adjacent areas in a sanitary manner. Make minor repairs on equipment such as lawn mower, spreader, and snow removal equipment. This is a uniformed position, which requires that Team Member's are in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty.Bring Us Your Best.Facilities maintenance in hospitality or a related field or grounds keeping/landscaping experience.Strong problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skillsBasic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and basic finishingAbility to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive approach to dealing with issues.Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with Team Members at all levels of the organization.Highly organized and detail-orientedStay In The Game.
