The Building Engineer Helper - Painter will be responsible for supporting building operations under the supervision of stationary engineers. Assist building engineers with painting projects, touchups and other tasks as instructed.ResponsibilitiesSupports building operations under the supervision of stationary engineers.Assist building engineers with painting projects, touchups and other tasks as instructed.Responding to building service requests and supporting day to day operations to ensure safe and efficient building performances.Education / Experience / LicensesHigh School Diploma or GED EquivalentPosses and maintain a valid driver's license and safe driving record.Desired Characteristics / Desired QualificationsMust work well under pressure.Meticulous and ability to function in a demanding environment.Must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities.Collaborator who can also work independently and is a initiative-taker.Effective communication skillsStrong organizational and analytical skills.Ability to provide efficient, timely, dependable, and courteous service to all customers.Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.BenefitsSalary: $17.20 per hourFull-Time 10am-7pm.
