Engineering Administrative AssistantOxford Solutions has a contract to hire opportunity with our client seeking an Engineering Administrative Assistant to support engineering team with a variety of administrative and project-related tasks. This role involves assisting with documentation, project coordination, and ensuring smooth workflow within the department.ResponsibilitiesDraft and review correspondence, reports, and other engineering-related documentsAssist in preparing engineering project documents, including permits, bid reports, pre-construction documents, and drawingsEdit and format documents, including working with PDFsMaintain project files and recordsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of project-related materialsProvide general administrative support to the engineering teamQualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in an administrative role in an engineering or technical environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Experience editing and managing PDF filesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEngineering Assistant - #MON
