$145,000 - $155,000 + 10% Bonus Eligibility + 401(k) + PTO + Full Benefits
Jackson, OH (Commutable from: Chillicothe, Portsmouth, Athens, Circleville, Lancaster, Columbus, Waverly, Piketon)
Are you an experienced Maintenance or Engineering Manager (or similar) with a background in manufacturing, looking to take ownership of engineering and maintenance operations across a large-scale food manufacturing facility?
On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established food manufacturer operating one of its largest facilities, managing the whole engineering function across multiple production plants and a distribution center.
The organization is a frozen food manufacturer that’s part of a much larger parent group, with an ongoing focus on expansion and plant growth. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful change in a high-volume environment where engineering and maintenance directly shape performance.
You’ll lead engineering projects and maintenance operations for a large Jackson, OH facility, covering capital projects, equipment installs, preventive/predictive maintenance, budgets, and team leadership.
This role would suit an Engineering Manager or Maintenance Manager with manufacturing leadership experience looking for a high-level position with significant operational responsibility, strong benefits and the backing of a large international organization.
The Role:
Lead engineering projects and maintenance operations at an on-site frozen food manufacturing facility in Jackson, OH
Hours of work - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM , Monday - Friday
Own capital projects, equipment installations, PM/PdM programs, budgets, and continuous improvement
Head up a large engineering function with big growth goals
In-house training available
The Person:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Project Management or a related discipline
Proven leadership experience in manufacturing maintenance/engineering
