Job description
Frost is seeking an Engineering Capability Leader to unite engineering and data analytics across the organization. You will drive scalable enterprise reporting, partner with leadership to modernize BI capabilities, and lead teams delivering insight with governance and best practices.
You will lead the transition to cloud-enabled analytics, implement automation, and mentor engineers while aligning with Frost’s 150-year legacy of banking services across Texas.
