Primary Responsibilities

The Engineering Change Specialist serves as the primary SAP EWM expert, supporting and guiding material and warehouse processes. The specialist works closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT, and is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of materials data and KPIs. Responsibilities will include:

Serve as the SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME) for EWM, providing functional support, troubleshooting, and system guidance for material and warehouse processes

Own and maintain SAP material and inventory-related parameters, ensuring alignment with operational requirements

Act as process owner for the engineering change management and cycle count program - including strategy, execution, reconciliation, and continuous improvement

Investigate inventory discrepancies and material availability issues; perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions

Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT

Serve as Materials data and KPI owner, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and availability of materials-related metrics.

This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended. Qualifications

Education

Required

Bachelors or better in Business or related field.

Bachelors or better in Engineering or related field.

Bachelors or better in Supply Chain or related field.

Experience

Required

Ability to support and drive process changes with new product launches, line balancing, etc.

Proven ability to work cross functionally to achieve common goals

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated root cause analysis capability, high attention to detail and ability to manage data accuracy

Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation processes

Strong SAP experience, with emphasis on EWM and inventory-related transactions

3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Preferred

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
