Cyberhaven is seeking a Chief of Staff for Engineering to act as an operating partner and force multiplier for engineering leadership. The role blends program management, project management, and executive operations, sitting close to leadership and shaping execution plans with data-driven decision support.
It also drives monthly and quarterly reviews, all-hands content, and leadership offsites. You will build AI-assisted dashboards, automate reporting, and connect Jira, Notion, GitHub, and Slack
