SureWerx is seeking an Engineering Director to lead our design engineering team and act as technical authority for Fall Protection. This role owns drawing control, design compliance, testing, certification, and the NPI process, shaping technical strategy on a global scale.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in engineering management, proven experience with engineering software platforms, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
