Job description
Matrix Packaging Machinery LLC, a division of ProMach, seeks a Director of Engineering to provide strategic leadership for a multi-disciplinary team. You will align engineering with business goals, foster lean culture, and drive cross-functional collaboration to improve performance.
Requirements include 10+ years in progressive engineering roles and 5+ years leading cross-functional teams in manufacturing. A Bachelor’s in Engineering is required; an MBA is a plus.
