Why You’ll Love Working Here

We’re not just another firm, we’re a purpose-driven team of engineers, planners, landscape architects, and urban designers who believe streets should work for everyone. At Toole Design, you'll work alongside thought leaders and industry experts who are committed to mentoring and helping you grow your expertise. We offer:

Along the way, you’ll mentor junior staff, lead stakeholder engagement, and turn complex challenges into creative, buildable solutions. You’ll also support business development across California and the West, growing as a trusted expert in a company that promotes from within. You’ll lead the design and implementation of bike boulevards, road diets, intersection improvements, and other elements that make the streets and public space in our communities safer and more livable.
