Ice Harbor ProjectThis is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Competitive Service Positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.About the Position: Ice Harbor Project is a multi-purpose hydropower project, with missions including operation and maintenance of the facility for flood control, hydroelectric power generation with six main generating units, navigation locks, fish facility, recreation and natural resources management.
