Job description
Heath Ceramics in Sausalito, CA, is seeking a Director of Engineering & Facilities to lead our engineering and facilities teams across locations. You will ensure reliable systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement to support manufacturing operations.
You will own building systems, industrial equipment, and process automation, partner with EH&S, IT, and production, and drive long-term infrastructure planning while aligning resources with safety and production goals.
