Job description
Molex is seeking a Knowledge Management Engineer to lead capture, distillation, and reuse of critical engineering knowledge across the organization. You will facilitate Foundation FMEA development, coach cross-functional teams in risk analysis, and translate lessons learned into reusable assets to improve product development and manufacturing excellence.
