Job description
Backcountry in Cottonwood Heights, Utah is seeking a Principal Engineer, Application Development to own architecture across the ecommerce platform powering five outdoor and powersports brands. You will lead a team of developers delivering fulfillment and order-management systems while driving AI-enabled improvements to throughput and reliability.
Success at 6–12 months means a cleaner architecture, reduced tech debt, and a higher-velocity, maintainable codebase.
