Job description
Fuse Energy is hiring a VP of Engineering to take full ownership of a core engineering domain. You will report to the CTO, lead architecture and delivery, and build a high-performing, hands-on team responsible for critical systems across generation, trading, and the customer app.
We value demonstrable IC excellence, and a track record of shipping complex, production-grade systems. The role includes equity, a biannual bonus, and full tech provisions for deployment.
