Job description
CPS Inc. in Roanoke Rapids, NC is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to oversee Mechanical, Instrument/Electrical maintenance, Reliability, and Project Engineering to achieve department and corporate goals.
This role leads safety initiatives, budgets, reliability programs, and staff development for optimal operation. You will drive asset reliability, manage capital and expense budgets, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and project delivery.
