In This Role, You Will:
Lead engineering and maintenance teams focused on safety, reliability, and operational excellence
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase uptime, reduce waste, and improve efficiency
Spearhead capital projects, equipment upgrades, and modernization efforts
Partner with executive leadership to influence strategic decisions and future investments
Build systems, processes, and teams that create long-term business value
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
MBA or Master's in Engineering Management preferred.
10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience within engineering and maintenance functions.
5+ years of experience within printing and converting manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated expertise in:
Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma
Continuous Improvement initiatives
Preventative and Predictive Maintenance
Reliability Engineering
Automation and Equipment Optimization
Root Cause Analysis and Problem Solving
Capital Project Management
Budget Management and Team Leadership
Experience in the paper, packaging, or flexographic printing industry preferred
