Ulta Beauty is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Agent Discovery & Commerce Engineering team. This role focuses on AI-powered discovery, agentic commerce across external channels, and core platforms.
You will own people leadership, technical roadmap, delivery, quality, and production operability while partnering with Enterprise Architecture on patterns and standards. You will hire, coach, manage performance, and ensure scalable, secure, observable systems.
