In this highly visible role, you will develop technical talent, lead major capital projects, and help shape investments that improve safety, reliability, efficiency, capacity, and long-term performance.

Drive complex capital projects from initial concept and business case through construction, commissioning, startup, and closeout.
Own project scopes, budgets, schedules, cash flow forecasts, contractor performance, and risk management.
Apply chemical and process engineering expertise to improve production systems, equipment performance, capacity, and product commercialization.
Partner across Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Safety, Quality, Environmental, and site leadership to solve plant challenges.
Strengthen engineering standards, project controls, and continuous improvement practices.
Ensure safety, environmental, PSM, MOC, and CAPA requirements are built into engineering decisions.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
Seven or more years of progressive engineering experience in an industrial or continuous-process manufacturing environment.
Experience leading and developing engineers or technical professionals.
At least five years of experience leading complex capital projects through commissioning and startup.
Strong knowledge of process design, project budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, and project controls.
Ability to interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
Experience in ethanol, renewable fuels, chemical processing, grain processing, food manufacturing, bioscience, or a similar environment is preferred.
