Job description
Stryker Corporation in Ventura, CA is seeking an Associate Manager - Custom Implant Design to lead a team that designs patient-specific TMJ implants and ensures geometry and fixation features meet customer and clinical requirements.
You will guide project plans, resource allocation, and staff development while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, quality and commercial teams to deliver high-quality design solutions on schedule.
