Job description
Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager - Data Quality to lead a high‑performing team and own data quality across enterprise platforms and products. You will drive scalable validation, anomaly detection, and quality by design in pipelines and APIs.
You will partner with architecture, data engineering, analytics, and product teams to enable trusted data for analytics, AI/ML models, and business decisions, while advancing a culture of continuous improvement.
