Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Environmental Engineering Manager to lead environmental, civil, and wastewater projects while supporting business growth and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead environmental engineering and remediation projects from planning through completion.
Manage civil, wastewater, groundwater, landfill, and site remediation projects.
Prepare designs, specifications, cost estimates, proposals, and technical reports.
Oversee NJ/PA environmental permitting and regulatory compliance.
Manage project schedules, budgets, QA/QC, and client relationships.
Lead and mentor engineers, drafters, and project staff.
Support business development, client presentations, and local growth initiatives.
Requirements
Current New Jersey PE license .
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.
15+ years of environmental engineering experience.
6+ years of management experience.
Experience with wastewater, landfill, groundwater remediation, and contaminated sites.
Strong project management, communication, and business development skills.
Current OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification.
Ability to travel as needed. xzgxqkn
