Job description
LINQ is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead multiple engineering teams delivering high-quality software on LINQ's platform. You'll partner with the Director of Engineering, senior engineers, and Product leadership to ship reliable, data-accurate systems and to coach a team of developers.
In this player/coach role, about 80% of time is spent on people leadership, architecture reviews, and code reviews, with remaining time on design, AI tooling adoption, and shaping the technical roadmap.
