Job Title: Engineering Manager Location: Dallas, TX Area Salary: $150,000+ Base Salary + Bonus Relocation Assistance Available
Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing aerospace and defense manufacturer that is looking to add an Engineering Manager to its Texas operation. This is a newly created leadership position driven by significant business growth and increased customer demand. The company is investing heavily in its engineering team, manufacturing capabilities, and long-term expansion plans. This role will provide leadership to project, process, and manufacturing engineering functions while helping scale operations to support major aerospace and defense programs.
What You'll Be Leading:
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team
Oversee project, process, and manufacturing engineering activities
Support growth initiatives across aerospace and defense programs
Drive project execution, process improvements, and operational excellence
Partner with operations and leadership to support facility expansion
Lead engineering efforts for new product and customer program launches
Help build engineering capabilities and develop future talent
What They're Looking For:
Engineering leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
Experience leading engineers and technical teams
Strong background in manufacturing processes and project execution
Ability to work closely with plant operations and drive results
Proven success supporting growth and organizational expansion
Highly Preferred:
Casting or investment casting experience
Foundry, metals, or precision manufacturing background
Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience
Titanium casting exposure
