Engineering Manager — Advanced Manufacturing West Michigan | Greater Muskegon Area
A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team and oversee technical projects from concept through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers.
Oversee engineering projects, priorities, timelines, and resources.
Provide technical leadership for product development and problem-solving.
Partner with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams.
Drive continuous improvement, quality, cost, and project performance.
Support technical risk management and strategic engineering initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
4+ years of progressive engineering experience.
2+ years of engineering leadership or management experience.
Manufacturing, automation, machinery, or industrial experience preferred.
Strong technical, project management, communication, and leadership skills.
