Job description
Chainalysis is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead an AI-driven platform that analyzes blockchain risk in real-time. You will guide modernization, balance customer needs with long-term investments, and own delivery with Product and upstream teams.
You’ll both lead and stay hands-on, reviewing code, shaping architecture, and mentoring engineers to improve performance and reliability across the system.
