Job description
Komatsu America Corp in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Engineering Manager, Hardware Platforms & Solutions to lead full lifecycle design of rugged electromechanical systems for mining technology. You will oversee concept through production, ensuring performance in harsh environments.
You will manage cross-functional teams, set roadmaps and budgets, and ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288). Up to 25% travel, collaboration with global suppliers.
