Shield AI seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Shared Services Engineering team in a full-stack, product-oriented capacity. You will guide architecture, delivery, and operation of shared services, SDKs, APIs, and customer-facing systems.
You will hire, coach, and develop engineers, define the roadmap, and collaborate with product teams to balance priorities, reliability, and long-term technical investments.
