Job description
Monarch Quantum seeks a Manager of Software Engineering to build scalable practices and lead a growing team of engineers. You will drive execution, mentor engineers, and partner with product and hardware teams to ensure on-time delivery of software that complements our hardware products.
You will shape engineering processes, own risk tracking, and champion CI/CD and modern tooling while maintaining strong communication with leadership and project teams.
