Job description
We are looking for an experienced Project Management professional with 5+ years of experience in developing highly engineered consumer goods, with strong technical knowledge of Soft Goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project build deliverables including project schedules, build matrices, BOMs, and entry/exit criteria
Coordinate and facilitate project calls with cross-functional teams
Manage material sourcing, supplier coordination, and lead-time tracking
Manage vendor quotes, PO processing, and payment follow-up
Coordinate prototype shipments, tracking, and serial numbering
Track, manage, and drive closure of open project issues throughout the development phase
Drive and manage relationships with OEM partners
Ensure projects remain aligned with development milestones, timelines, and deliverables
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience
5+ years of Project Management experience
Proven experience driving product/project development for highly engineered consumer goods
Technical experience with Soft Goods is required
Strong experience coordinating cross-functional engineering, sourcing, vendors, and manufacturing teams
Experience with BOMs, material sourcing, supplier management, prototypes, and product development
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
