Job description
Medtronic is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead high-impact quality improvement initiatives across the Peripheral Vascular Health (PVH) business. You will steer cross-functional efforts spanning R&D, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Regulatory affairs to improve product quality, compliance, and customer outcomes.
This role requires a seasoned leader who can influence without authority, manage strategic initiatives, and communicate progress and risks to executive leadership.
