Engineering Project Manager (100-125K+)
We have an exciting opportunity available for an Engineering Project Manager to join a dynamic and innovative manufacturing team in Central NY.
Overview:

Join an experienced 8 person PM team.
Duties:
Lead projects from initiation to completion, managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
Manage a wide range of projects valued between 50K and 500K.
Develop and manage project schedules using tools like MS Project or Smartsheet.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
Monitor progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Drive problem-solving and innovation throughout the project lifecycle.
Education and Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
5+ years of experience as a Project/Program Manager in manufacturing.
Familiarity with phase-gate project management. GD&T and plastics experience a plus.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
