Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is entering an exciting growth phase over the next two years. With a new state‑of‑the‑art facility opening soon at our established Chaska, MN site, we’re adding numerous Engineering roles in manufacturing and quality. Responsibilities
Drive innovation and efficiency in manufacturing and quality processes.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Apply engineering principles to develop and improve systems and workflows.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in a high‑growth environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience in one or more areas: manufacturing, quality, process, automation, system, or mechanical engineering.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic setting.
Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, quality, and efficiency.
