Job description
Texas Instruments Incorporated in Richardson, TX is seeking an Engineering Section Manager, the second-highest engineering role in the factory, reporting to the Engineering Branch Manager.
You will lead lower-level engineering managers and supervisors, oversee manufacturing methods, processes and operations for current and new products, and drive cost-efficient, high-quality production. This position emphasizes leadership, strategic planning and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
