Job description
Epicor, a global software company, is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to architect and deliver scalable software while guiding a small team of developers. You will coach, mentor, and align delivery with product strategy, engineering standards, and business priorities.
You will collaborate with Product Management, QA, and other engineering teams to plan, estimate, and coordinate features from planning through release, while championing engineering excellence and long-term product health.
