Job description
Thermo Systems is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to build, develop, and lead a high-performing engineering team in Mansfield, TX. This role blends people leadership with project management and technical guidance, with roughly 75% leadership and 25% hands-on project support.
You will recruit and onboard staff, mentor engineers through startup and commissioning, champion the QMS, and partner with project managers to deliver complex automation projects, while traveling up to 50% as needed.
