The duties include:Creating parts in ERP systemCreating requisitions in ERP systemReviewing SDRLs (Supplier Data Requirements Lists) to ensure proper documentation is procured for all equipmentMaintaining procurement for all projects to include BOM (Bill of Material), Kanban, Min/Max, and BufferWorking with Designers/Engineers to provide weekly BOMs to the CAD Integration department for all projectsCoordinating change support with Engineers/Designers to include BOM and Engineering Product estimatesMaintaining Technical Specifications in coordination with Project EngineerMaintaining department processes and corresponding documentationAssisting Project Engineers with metrics development and trackingCoordinating and executing product formatting and submittal to Document ControlComplying with Austal's employee handbook general guidelines, company procedures and policiesActing as a Compliance Champion for the organization and working to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organizationSupporting business unit Tier 1 Compliance Lead in responsibilities as requiredDeveloping and maintaining schedules in Microsoft Project for class design services activityCoordinating change support with Deputy Program Engineers and Designers to include Engineering Product estimates, schedule updatesAssisting Project Engineers with metrics development and tracking
