ALSO. is seeking an Engineering Technical Lead – Engineering Triage to spearhead the technical triage function across embedded firmware, mobile apps, cloud services, and connected systems.
You will establish processes, ownership of intake and prioritization, and partner with multiple engineering teams to ensure rapid, high-quality resolutions. You will mentor engineers, develop dashboards, and drive improvements in observability, release readiness, and incident response in a fast-moving startup
