Job description
Originator Role
The originator role is specific to P&G's Enovia system. This system holds all of the item specifications and associated details with proper P&G Engineering and Standards approvals. These specs are entered (originated) by the originator role and subsequently accessible by all co-packers affiliated with P&G's customization business.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviews customer requirements and specifications for upload into P&G Enovia system.
Executes appropriate change control for revisions to previously approved specification work.
Ensures integrity of the P&G C&F due dates on the Pratt Display activity log.
Other Responsibilities:
Provides GCAS (Global Code Allocation Systems) creation to supply partners if applicable.
Executes preliminary peer review of work specification packets if necessary.
Properly executes CWM (case weights and measures) uploads within 48 hours of availability.
Assigned duties relative to any part of P&G's business (MSO or GBU) and specification work.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred background in packaging, production, quality or project management
Proven ability to collaborate with other departments
Ability to maintain output even in high pressure environment with tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills in both verbal and written communications with customers (external and internal)
Ability to multi-task with multiple projects at one time
Superior time management skills
