Enrichment Partner (Caregiver)Mary's Place Adult Day Program - 14601 N. Del Webb Blvd Sun City, AZ $15.65 per hour non-negotiable due to contract ratesSchedule: 9am to 3pm, Monday–Friday. (Programs closed evenings and weekends.)Make a Difference Every Day. Create Meaningful Moments. At Benevilla, our mission is simple: Enrich lives.As an Enrichment Partner, you will:Support members in engaging, meaningful enrichment activities.Assist with personal care and daily living needs.Build positive, respectful relationships with members and teammates.Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and structured environment.Provide coverage support based on member ratio needs.What You'll Need:Reliable transportation to the Peoria, Sun City, or Surprise area.High school diploma or GED.1–2 years of current or recent caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience a plus).Ability to pass a background check.Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification.
