Job description
Alpha is hiring for an on-site admissions leadership role across multiple markets. You will own the enrollment journey from inquiry to onboarding, managing 20+ families at various stages, and delivering personalized decisions to families in person.
The role requires guiding campus tours, open houses, shadow days, and ongoing CRM maintenance with HubSpot and SIS. Strong communication with high-net-worth families and executives is essential, with weekly pipeline reporting.
