Job description
Alpha is hiring for a Director of Client Enrollment to own a campus-wide admissions journey from inquiry to enrollment decision. You will manage 20+ active families at various stages, conduct tours and open houses, and deliver admissions decisions personally.
You will update HubSpot and the SIS after every interaction, using AI tools to prepare summaries and report on pipeline health weekly. The role requires strong client-facing skills, the ability to coordinate multi-step enrollment processes,
