Job description
Alpha School is seeking an Enrollment Director to own the campus admissions process end-to-end at a Boston-area campus. You will manage inquiries, fit conversations, campus tours, shadow days, and final admissions decisions, engaging 20+ active families simultaneously with professional communication.
You will log interactions in HubSpot and the SIS, collaborating with leadership and using AI tools for prep and summaries to maintain pipeline health. This role requires on-site presence every day.
