Alpha is hiring a Client Services Director to own one campus' admissions journey end-to-end. You will manage 20+ active families, conduct tours, shadow days, and open houses, and deliver decisions in person at a Greenwich, CT campus.
You will log interactions in HubSpot, use AI tools for prep, and report pipeline health weekly. Candidates need 3+ years in client-facing roles with high-value buyers, U.S. work authorization, and willingness to work on-site.
