Job description
Alpha School is seeking an on-site admissions expert to manage an entire campus enrollment journey—from first inquiry through onboarding and the first day of school. You will juggle 20+ active families at various stages, guide tours and info sessions, and deliver confident admit or decline decisions.
You will keep HubSpot and the SIS current after every interaction, leveraging AI tools for prep and summaries, while reporting pipeline health to leadership weekly.
