Job description
Alpha School is hiring a Director of Enrollment to grow one Bay Area campus with families who will thrive in the Alpha model. You will own the full admissions journey, lead tours and events, and manage multiple relationships in HubSpot and our SIS, ensuring data-driven decisions.
In this role, you will work primarily outside the building in Year One, then become the visible campus leader, with a playbook for scalability across campuses. This is a high-trust, high-impact sales leadership position.
