Job description
Alpha seeks a Director of Admissions and Enrollment to grow enrollment at a Bay Area campus with families who will thrive in the Alpha model. You will own the end-to-end journey from inquiry to onboarding, lead tours and information sessions, and defend our AI-powered learning approach to discerning parents.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in premium client-facing roles with $25K+ per client, a proven growth track record, and hands-on use of AI tools in client workflows.
