Job description
Capitol Technology University in Laurel, MD seeks a Senior Director of Enrollment Management to lead undergraduate and graduate admissions, recruitment strategy, and enrollment outcomes. Reporting to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Enrollment, you will oversee an admissions team, collaborate across departments, and drive data-driven plans to attract a diverse student body.
This is a full-time exempt role on our campus, requiring a Master’s degree and at least 10 years of leadership
