Texas Southern University is seeking a Director of Recruitment to lead TSU's comprehensive student enrollment strategy from identifying prospective students to deposit enrollment. The role provides end-to-end ownership of territory management, lead-funnel development, dual-credit and transfer-student recruitment, and directly supervises Admission Counselors with focus on development and performance.
